Welcome to Neumann Farms
Ron and Joyce welcome you to Neumann Farms. We have owned and operated Neumann Farms for 35 years and currently raise hogs, beef cattle, and grain crops.
Our Pork and Beef is marketed directly to consumers at our Farm Store, at certain locations as a part of our CSA program,as well as at the following Central Minnesota Farmer's Markets:
Our meats are prepared and packaged at McDonald's Meats, a "USDA" inspected locker in Clear Lake, MN. Mc Donald's Meats has been a local family run business for almost 100 years. They are known for their tasty bacon, ham, and sausage.
Aside from our quality meat, we also offer Home Grown Sweet Corn and Raspberries when in season.
Joyce, known locally as "The Pie Lady", bakes delicious Strawberry-Rhubarb and Apple Pies using produce from the orchards and gardens on the farm. Fresh Apples, Zucchini and Pumpkins are also used to produce tasty sweet breads. All sweet breads are baked using reduced-fat and sugar recipes that Joyce has created to make a healthier sweet bread with added flavor. Joyce can also custom bake for any of your party or catering needs.
